FORMER NORMANSFIELD HOSPITAL
On behalf of a family office we managed the complete refurbishment of the grade two listed Normansfield Hospital site, as well as the construction of 40 additional new homes totalling 95 units. We then managed the sales of the units with joint agents Knight Frank and Winkworth.

For a private client we redeveloped an existing property within their portfolio. We took the project from concept to completion. The property was extended by over 1000 sqft with a basement dig down and rear extension, then minor structural alteration were made to the existing interior and the whole property was refurbished with new kitchens, bathrooms and a cinema. We also managed the landscaping of the garden to compliment the modification of the home.

For a single family office we refurbished and decorated a 16,000 sqft London home. The client wanted the property to feel like a home from home, so taking inspiration from their existing home we incorporated design features into the new property in a way that enhanced the character of the period architecture.

For a private client we worked on the development of a period building into three self contained units. This was an incredibly involved and complex project.
