We will work side by side with you or the broker to prepare all necessary paperwork for the application, attend bank meetings and valuations and organise any supporting documents required. We manage the conveyancing process and make sure that the solicitors are on the ball.

Our suite of documents such as development reviews, construction method statements, construction time lines, professional team and client CV’s, exit strategies and financial structure proposals all help to increase a lenders understanding of a project. The comfort this provides increases the likelihood of securing a loan and at preferential rates by reducing the risk associated with uncertainty.

In cases where a broker is required it is just as important to use the right broker as it is to use the right lender. Individual brokers cannot be aware of every product, and whilst high street loans are on a general database, high value loans and complex loans are tailored to each client, so it is important to know each banks preferences, protocols and have a good relationship with their lending team and underwriters. We have established relationships with the UK’s top brokers providing fast responses to enquiries.

In other cases a client may be better off approaching a lender for finance directly. Saving on brokers fees and expediting the process. This is often the case with development finance or portfolio structuring.  We make the necessary introductions to lenders and lawyers, managing the process, providing necessary paperwork to each party and creating documents that may be required.

 

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT 

Your account manager will oversee the application process, preparing necessary paperwork and chasing parties to ensure a fast application. Where necessary the account manager will appoint solicitors for conveyancing and any other professionals needed to secure finance.
