In 2008 Ashley Hammond decided that individuals and corporations were in need of a service similar to that of a family office, exclusively for real estate . Where one point of contact was able to organise all of a clients needs. 

Having worked for one of London's largest and most diverse real estate focused family offices Ashley developed an extensive network of professionals across the industry.

As the network grew so did Ashley’s capability and it was not long before he decided to set up a consultancy able to help more families.

Now over a decade later Hammond and Hammond represent multiple families and corporations, consulting on some of the largest transactions and projects in the UK.
